1We walk round with you
We arrive on time and walk round the house with you first, so you know the plan before anything starts.
2Tarpaulin down, neighbours told
Neighbours below the roof line get a knock, and tarpaulin goes down so nothing lands on their side.
3Low-pressure clean
Every slope cleaned with low pressure only. Then your gutters cleared and fascias washed down, free.
4Biocide, then a proper tidy-up
Biocide goes on to kill what's left at the root, then we clear up everything before we go.

Before and after photos, a look from above when conditions allow, and a final walk round with you.

Roof cleaning in Brentwood: your questions
We have a large house. Will it take long?
Most homes are done in a day. A large house with a complicated roof can take two, and we tell you which when we quote.
Do you work around the trees?
Yes. We clean carefully around branches and clear the leaves and moss out of the gutters while we're there.
Can you clean our garage and outbuilding roofs too?
Yes. Garages, outbuildings and cart lodges can be done on the same visit. Just mention them when you ask for a quote.
How much does roof cleaning cost?
Most homes cost £650 to £950, with the biocide, gutters, fascias and soffits included. A bungalow is £450 to £550, and a large or hipped roof from £1,150. Your exact price is fixed before we start. No deposit, and no VAT to add. See our roof cleaning prices.
Do you charge extra for the gutters and fascias?
No. Every roof clean includes a free gutter clear and a free fascia & soffit clean. Both are done on the same day as the roof. We also do gutter clearing on its own.
Can you price my roof without coming out?
Usually, yes. We can see the size and shape of your roof and how much moss is on it without coming out, and photos you send help too. If anything is unclear, such as access at the back, we arrange a free visit first. Either way, the price we give you is the price you pay.
Will cleaning damage my tiles?
No. We use low pressure only, never high-pressure blasting. We photograph the roof before we start, and if a tile is disturbed during the clean we replace it like for like at no cost.
