How we work
The person who prices your roof cleans it
No sales team, no subcontractors. Terry prices your roof and is on site for the clean, sometimes with a labourer on bigger roofs.
Every roof gets the same careful routine: a walk round with you first, tarpaulin down, a low-pressure clean, a biocide treatment that keeps working long after we leave, and the gutters, fascias and soffits cleaned free.
You may know us by our old name, London & City Pressure Washing. Same people, same standards, now focused on roofs.

If moss clearly grows back within three years, we re-clean the roof free. In writing, on your invoice. Roofs under overhanging trees aren't covered.

We photograph the roof before we start. If a tile is disturbed during the clean, we replace it like for like at no cost.
